Union among the top 3 at the stallion inspection!

On Saturday, November 22, we travelled with three Belgian Draft stallions to the Ghlin racetrack for the annual stallion inspection. Our two young stallions, aged 30 months, were the first to enter the arena.

Norman van Stal de Roos kicked things off for us and was approved right away. He stands 1.60 m tall and is a son of Qadance van de Parelhoeve out of Anna van de Voshoek.

Next, it was the turn of our bay stallion Union van de Parelhoeve. He presented himself well and trotted smoothly through the arena. The jury awarded him 25 points, placing him among the top 3 of the new crop. Union stands 1.71 m tall and is sired by Tejo van het Hermeshof out of Orfee van de Parelhoeve — who now delivers her second approved stallion.

Lastly, our new acquisition Vince van het Hermeshof made his appearance. He has grown into an impressive 1.76 m, floated through the arena with an expressive trot, and was rewarded with an 8 for type and an 8 for movement.

With three strong presentations, we look back on this edition of the stallion inspection in Ghlin with great satisfaction.
